For this year's Mental Health Awareness Week the official theme is loneliness.

In a world that is spending more time online, ironically, it has never been more common to feel a sense of human disconnect.

If you are struggling with loneliness here are some tips we've put together to help you reconnect.

Walking can help relieve stress. Walking gives you time to think, as well as time to get away from stressors. Getting out of the stressful environment, breathing the air, and feeling your body move is natural stress relief.
