Today is and it’s a day to remind ourselves that we all need
to prioritise our mental health and wellbeing. Please pause for a moment today to
consider what you’re doing to look after yourself and what you may be able to do to
make a positive difference to others.
With over 25% of us facing mental health challenges at any given moment and with
so many people feeling alone in their struggles, its time everyone aspires to a world
in which positive mental health is valued, promoted and protected; where everyone
has an equal opportunity to enjoy good mental health and where everyone can
access the mental health care they need, when they need it.
On and, on every other day of the year, let’s all come
together to make mental health and wellbeing a priority for everyone!
