Slow Flow 🕯️

A chance to slow things down… properly.
We spend so much of our time moving, thinking, doing.
This is a space to pause. To feel.
To steady the breath.
To soften the body.
To give the mind a moment to land.
We’ll begin with grounding breathwork, move into gentle movement, and close with a simple meditation, creating space to ease tension, settle the nervous system and feel a little more at home in yourself.
Whether you’ve had a full-on week, you’re feeling a little tired, or you just want some time that’s yours… this is for you.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
