Berries are a saving grace. Their main power comes from antioxidants, the miracle fighters of free radicals. We need these antioxidants to fight the aging (oxidation) process, and to stay alive in the face of constant threats to our health.

Berries broadcast their health value with their deep purples, blues, and blacks, which come from the polyphenols known as anthocyanins (including malvidin) and anthocyanidins.

An excellent source of iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc, molybdenum, potassium, chromium, and calcium, berries also have traces of omega-3, omega-6, and omega-9 fatty acids. This makes blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, elderberries, schisandra berries, and the like critical for life on earth.

Wild berries, especially, pack an anti-aging, disease-fighting, life-giving punch. And wild blueberries are in a league of their own.

Whenever possible, choose frozen wild blueberries instead of clamshells of fresh, cultivated blueberries. Make it part of your habit, after shopping in the produce section of the market, to swing by the frozen food aisle, where bags of wild blueberries are readily available. You’ll be providing your body with the greatest chance of recovery and healing.

Berries are true brain food. Not only are they B12- enhancing; they have the power to reverse stains on the brain—lesions, gray areas, calcifications, heavy metal deposits, white spots, scar tissue, crystallizations, and adhesions created by damaged, expanded blood vessels. For protection against all brain disorders and diseases, including brain cancer, ALS, Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke, aneurysm, and migraines, turn to berries.

For any illness with neurological symptoms, berries are the answer.

When you think of heart health, too, think berries. Nothing compares to the way berries protect heart valves and ventricles and remove plaque by dissolving hardened fat deposits within veins and arteries. The humble berry reigns supreme for keeping people out of the cardiologist’s office.

Berries truly are an answer for the future of humankind.

😷 CORONAVIRUS 😷

Media are all about the virus at the moment, but what is really missing is the information on how we can help our body stay strong.

Many people infected with the virus are asymptomatic. So what decides if a person falls really ill or has no symptoms at all?

Our immune system.

If you want to protect yourself from a a virus or any other bugs out there, your best bet is to strengthen your immune system:

🌱 introduce antiviral and antibacterial foods and herbs to your daily routine: ginger, turmeric, raw onion, raw garlic, honey, elderberry syrup, thyme, oregano, sage, cat’s claw, lemon balm

🌱 increase your vitamin C and zinc intake

🌱 have fresh celery juice every morning (antiviral and antibacterial!) and stay hydrated

🌱 fresh fruits, leafy greens and fresh juices are full of antioxidants your body needs to heal

🌱 try not to worry (or panic) – stress and adrenaline are weakening our immune system

Our body is designed to heal. But it needs certain conditions to be able to do that.

As I experienced myself, when we finally give our body a break from fats, animal proteins, processed foods and toxins, and flood our body with antioxidants, phytochemicals and living water from fruits and vegetables – the miracles happen.

After experiencing amazing health improvement on the unprocessed, low-fat plant-based diet, my view on nutrition has turned upside down.

What I’ve learnt:

🌱 Reducing the fats (and being fat free until the afternoon) was a game changer for my digestion and health in general

🌱 Celery juice first thing in the morning have saved my gut (thank you Anthony William for bringing this information to the world! ❤️ )

🌱 Hydration is the key

🌱 Natural sugars from fruits and vegetables are invaluable, as our body runs on glucose

🌱 Mineral salts are crucial, especially if we’re chronically ill (leafy greens!)

🌱 Herbs are powerful medicine of nature

🌱 Detoxing from heavy metals helps to speed up the healing process

🌱 We are exposed to toxins on daily bases (that includes cleaning products, scented products, pesticides, many cosmetics) so reducing toxic exposure as much as possible is helpful too

Hi! I’m Aga, I’m glad you’re here :)

I am a certified Nutritional Therapist with a passion for a plant-based diet.

My own personal recovery from chronic conditions such as digestive disorders (including SIBO), joints inflammations, tendinitis, PCOS (polycystic o***y syndrome), Reynauld’s Syndrom, neurological symptoms and more, is what led me to the field of nutrition.

Using plant-based diet, herbs and protocols of Anthony William, I am helping my clients introduce dietary changes for health improvement.

All of my appointments are held via phone or online so your location is not a limitation. I look forward to guiding you on your beautiful and life-changing journey.
