One of the biggest reasons that people who lose weight eventually put it all back on is that they never really changed their mindset 🧠
So let’s talk how to create lasting change when it comes to health and wellness.
- You have to change your priorities. Instead of prioritising unhealthy habits, start prioritising basic movement. It doesn’t start with 90 minute workouts in the gym. It starts with a 20 minute walk a day and builds from there.
- Change how you think about food. After you eat something, take a moment to think about how it makes you FEEL. Does it make you feel good? Do you feel bloated? Do you feel nourished? Paying attention to how different foods make you feel can impact how and what you eat.
- See yourself as more. Change how you view yourself. You are not lost, stuck or hopeless. You are full of potential, you just have to tap into it.
