Never ever let anybody make you feel any type of way for doing your injections out in public 💉💪🚶‍♂️

This was in the middle of a busy camden market after trying to calculate the carbs for my order (can you see my carb counting concentration face 🤣)
Had a few people look over but i just carry on as if its normal because to me and in a type 1 diabetics world this is normal and this is who we are 💉💪

We are simply doing what we have to do to live and if people have a problem with that then they should remove themselves not the other way around 😉👏

If normal non diabetic people can walk around with a cgm on then we can walk around with needles and pumps in our belly 💪💉😉🙌

Be strong , be confident and be proud of who you are and always remeber your not alone

Ill be honest doc , I haven't got a clue , it changes everyday 🤣🤣🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

Does anybody actually know their ratios 100% 🤷‍♂️🙈

Mine are around 10:1 but some days can be 8:1 and others can be 12:1 🤷‍♂️😪

I spent years of my life focusing on certain things in my life that seemed so far away from acheivement it was overwhelming , stressful and very hard to focus yourself to get to a point that always seems to far away , which then always lead to being dissapointed, feeling knocked back and takes away all motivation and determination to get to where you want 😉

Start looking at the next point on the stepping stones instead of 10 steps ahead and in no time you will be closer to your goal without even realising how far you have come 🤔😉

Take little steps , don't bite off more than you can chew

Stay happy , stay postive , stay motivated , stay consistent and always belive in yourself 🙋‍♂️🥇

Things are never to far out of reach 💪🩵🏆

So 10 Mile walk for took an unexpected turn with an injury messing up my levels, and something alarming happened on the train to London! 🚶‍♂️🥇🚉

Meanwhile, is fighting against blindness (retinopathy and maculopathy) but his control recently has been blinding! Even though he still can't see when he was diagnosed!
