Many of you are saying "oh, I need to cut my carbs to lose weight' - ❌wrong! ❌
Carbs are very important part of our daily diet - they are our source of energy!
You just need to know which carbs to choose!?!?
What you should be avoiding are ❌simple carbohydrates❌, like cakes🥮, biscuits, sugary drinks🥤, alcohol🍷, white bread🥖, white pasta. We burn them quickly and we feel hungry again.
✅Complex carbohydrates✅ are the one that we shouldn't cut off. Why? As we mentioned before - they give as ENERGY💪! We digest them longer so we feel full for longer - no snacking again!
Try to choose starchy carbs, wholegrain where possible. Change white bread and past to wholegrain.🥦🥒🥬🫑 Choose fresh fruits and vegetable🍌🥭🥑🍅🍎! This foods are also very rich in minerals, vitamin and fibers.
