90 days…..10kg down.

This awesome lady is the perfect example of what happens when a busy mum finally decides she’s had enough of putting herself last.

Single mum of two. Running a business. Managing the chaos of real life behind the scenes. And still, three months ago, she chose to back herself….properly.

When she joined me, her goals were simple: feel confident in her clothes again, get stronger, and finally have the energy for this next chapter of her life. And in just 3 months, she’s dropped 10kg. Not through perfection. Not through restriction. But through consistency, structure, and doing what she could even on the hectic days.

She’s been hitting her steps, getting her three workouts in, and navigating kids’ clubs, weekends, work and everything in between, while showing her two little ones what looking after yourself actually looks like.

But let’s be honest… it hasn’t been smooth or perfect. Because life never is. She had curveballs, busy weeks, days where nothing went to plan but she didn’t quit. She kept showing up in the way she could, and that’s why the weight came off. She trusted the process, stayed coachable, and proved to herself what’s possible when you stop waiting for the perfect time. (Cos let’s be honest that NEVER comes when you’re a busy Mum!) 😅

10kg down in 3 months.

Here’s your go-to guide for enjoying those holiday mixed drinks without the sore head the next day.

🥃Go Low-Cal: If you’re trying to be mindful of your weightloss goals this Xmas, opt for lower-calorie alternatives like the ones in this photo. Cocktails are tasty but full of sugar and extra hidden cals.

🍷Choose Smart Mixers: Go for options like sparkling water or diet drinks for great taste and fewer calories.

🍸Water is Your Best Friend: Follow the 2>1 plan….every 2 drinks have a glass of water, keeps you hydrated and hopefully keeps the hangover at bay!

🍻Take Your Time: The best part of the holidays isn’t just the drinks, but the stories and the banter shared over them. Don’t go balks to the walk, drink slowly.

🥂Know Your Limit: Decide how many drinks you’ll have before the party starts and stick to it. Your future self will thank you!

🍹Be Designated driver: Having a mocktail can be just as fun and festive. Plus there’s loads of great 0% alcohol choices now too.

I’m no saying don’t enjoy yourself, I love a glass of mulled wine as much as the next person but in my 40’s, I just can’t hack the 2 day hangovers! 🤣

Feeling alllllllllll the gratitude this week ❤️

I’m so grateful to have an incredible team of ladies who are crushing their goals, 6 new action takers joining the team this week and also had an amazing couple of days in London surrounded by some of the best coaches in the country, learning, growing, and pushing myself to become the best Coach I can be. Exactly the kind of energy I want to take into the next 90 days. The Self Love Club is levelling up…….Watch this space… 👀

And on top of that, a hectic weekend getting everything ready for my new house. After 8 months I’m FINALLY in! New chapter pending and I’m so here for it.

Who the hell is that? 😅👀

I always dreaded turning 40, believed the crappy narrative that I was running out of time bla bla bla, but since I started prioritising my health and committing to future proofing my life, I’ve levelled up in a way I never thought was possible. And when I remember the woman I used to be and who I am now, I wouldn’t go back.

Because now I realise that being in our 40’s is the age where women level up in ways we were never allowed to before.
More wisdom.
More confidence.
More backbone.
Less tolerance for bu****it.

The world loves to tell women after 40 to shrink, settle, quieten down, act their age. Nah Not for me 😉
We’re building careers.
We’re getting stronger.
We’re healing old versions of ourselves.
We’re choosing boundaries, health, confidence, and standards that would’ve terrified our younger selves.

We’re not past it. We’re in our prime and levelling up in our 40s hits different because this time we know exactly who we are.

10 weeks….10kg down….Confidence and Energy up!

This incredible Mumma is actually a Self Love Club OG. One of the first women who trusted me back in 2022 when I took my coaching online. She absolutely smashed it then, got an incredible result, and eventually went off with the tools and confidence to keep going on her own.

Fast forward to the start of this year… and she became a new Mum. Life looked completely different from before. More hectic. More emotional. More exhausting. And she reached out because she just needed a bit more support now that everything had changed, especially with postpartum training, fuelling herself properly while breastfeeding, and navigating life surviving on 3–4 hours sleep.

And honestly? She is the definition of committed. Not perfect, Committed. Open. Honest. Willing to learn. Willing to trust me. Willing to trust the process even when it feels messy or overwhelming.

But she’s also nailed the one thing that matters most as a new Mum: a little effort upfront makes the rest of your day easier and that’s exactly want we want when you’re a busy Mum, an EASIER life. That’s why it’s vital that your plan fits in with YOU not the other way around so it feels manageable, realistic, flexible and enjoyable.

In 10 weeks, she’s 10kg down and yes, that number is incredible, but what actually matters is what it represent is her consistency, her ownership, her willingness to show up even when her baby has her up all night. And now she feels fitter, healthier, she’s fuelling herself properly. She’s actually feeling GOOD in herself again and ENJOYING the process. It’s so easy as a new Mum to lose yourself in this wonderful but chaotic new routine and having some time for her to make her FEEL good is what it’s all about.

10 weeks takes us to 1st Feb…..imagine starting the new year feeling fitter, healthier, energised and more confident in your body and clothes, with the right plan, totally possible!

If you’re 35+ and doing all the right things but still not getting “toned” you’re not doing the right things. Hard truths, but here’s how to fix it…

You’re not eating enough protein
Most women over 35 are nowhere near what they need to build or keep muscle.
Aim for 25–35g per meal. It keeps you full, controls cravings, and supports your muscle mass.

5k steps isn’t enough
There isn’t a set number that’s right, but start with what you’re currently doing, add 1000 a day and build up from there.

Weekends are undoing your weekdays
Being good all week, doesn’t matter if Fri–Sun wipes the deficit. You don’t have to live like a Nun but you have to be organised.

You’re not lifting heavy enough
Same weights = same body.
Progressive overload is what builds muscle. More reps, more weight, slower tempo.

Your metabolism isn’t broken, your routine is inconsistent
Skipping meals, random workouts, low steps, not enough sleep, it adds up. Consistency is the thing you’re missing.

Classes & YouTube workouts aren’t doing what you think they are
Fun? Yes. Enough to change your shape? No. You need structure and progression.

There is nothing more powerful than a community of women who genuinely want to see each other win.

It’s the reason I created Self Love Club because when women come together, everything changes. Confidence grows. Courage grows. Belief grows.
And you stop feeling like you’re doing it all alone.

Community gives you accountability on the days you want to hide, encouragement on the days you doubt yourself, and celebration on the days you finally step into your power. It’s women saying, I see you… and I’ve got you, even if they’re on their own journey too.

This weekend reminded me exactly why this matters. Nine incredible women pushed themselves out of their comfort zone for their photoshoot and even the women who weren’t taking part still showed up with in our team Whatspp group cheering them on from the sidelines. That’s what real community looks like.

And then to top off an epic weekend, spending today with Kirstin on a VIP day, a super special lady who has shown up for herself every single day for a year, just reinforced how life-changing that support can be. Not just the physical results, but the mindset shifts, the boundaries, the self-respect, the belief in who they’re becoming. This doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when you’re surrounded by women who reflect back the strength you forget you have.

Coaching these women is genuinely one of the biggest privileges of my life. This community is magic and it’s proof that when women support women, we all rise.
