90 days…..10kg down.
This awesome lady is the perfect example of what happens when a busy mum finally decides she’s had enough of putting herself last.
Single mum of two. Running a business. Managing the chaos of real life behind the scenes. And still, three months ago, she chose to back herself….properly.
When she joined me, her goals were simple: feel confident in her clothes again, get stronger, and finally have the energy for this next chapter of her life. And in just 3 months, she’s dropped 10kg. Not through perfection. Not through restriction. But through consistency, structure, and doing what she could even on the hectic days.
She’s been hitting her steps, getting her three workouts in, and navigating kids’ clubs, weekends, work and everything in between, while showing her two little ones what looking after yourself actually looks like.
But let’s be honest… it hasn’t been smooth or perfect. Because life never is. She had curveballs, busy weeks, days where nothing went to plan but she didn’t quit. She kept showing up in the way she could, and that’s why the weight came off. She trusted the process, stayed coachable, and proved to herself what’s possible when you stop waiting for the perfect time. (Cos let’s be honest that NEVER comes when you’re a busy Mum!) 😅
