☀️ Get morning sunlight (10-20 minutes outside, first thing in the morning )
📵 Ditch any screens 2 hours min before bed ( blue light = melatonin killer )
🍵 Avoid caffeine after 2 PM (yes, even that ‘harmless’ afternoon cappucino ! )
🛏 Stick to a sleep schedule (same sleep & wake up time daily, weekends too ! )
🧘‍♀️ Relax before bed (meditation, reading, or journaling - STOP the scrolling ! )
🌙 Deep sleep & repair at night – Melatonin peaks, brain detoxifies, physical restoration happens.
🌅 Morning energy boost – Cortisol rises, metabolism kicks in, peak alertness begins.
💪 Afternoon power – Best muscle strength, reaction time, and peak performance.
🌜 Evening wind-down – Melatonin rises, digestion slows, body prepares for rest.
