Yogasana plays a significant role in preparing your body for labor and childbirth .There are some specific poses which is very helpful for smooth labour 👇

🔹Butterfly & Bound Angel Pose can help open the pelvis.
🔹Malasana(Garland Pose) or "Yogi Squat," is helpful for labor preparation due to its potential to open up the hips, stretch the pelvic area, and promote flexibility.

🔹The "duck walk" exercise is intended to help open up the pelvic area and encourage flexibility, which can be helpful during labor.

🔹Lunges/Modified Parigrahasana help to strengthen the legs, improve balance, and open up the hips.

🔹Squats can be a beneficial for labor preparation, as it help to strengthen the legs, open up the pelvic area, and improve flexibility. However, it's important to approach squats with caution and make modifications as needed during pregnancy.

☑️It helps to improve circulation to the pelvic area.
☑️ It also helps to strengthen inner thighs and buttocks and helps to increase mobility of hip joint.

It's about 2020 when I was studying about the prenatal classes. That time I was aware that motherhood🤰 journey is not that easy . With that fake belly, we were trying to understand the different challenges of an expecting mother🤱, but now, as I am personally experiencing this phase of my life, I feel that pregnancy is totally a roller-coaster, a ride with lots of ups and downs, but it also gives you a feeling of love, compassion and divine connection with your unborn child ,which makes you more stronger emotionally, physically and mentally . It's a power which is given by God to all women to nurture a life inside their womb & then in this world. But all these are so worth realising the power of your own body .I really love it.
