Hello to you beautiful souls✨

It’s been a while since I’ve shown up in this space & as I return, I want to do so with intention, honesty & the same calm energy I’ve been cultivating behind the scenes. This moment feels like the right one to reconnect, softly, slowly & in alignment with where my spirit has been guided.

Today’s Supermoon arrives as a final energetic sweep before the year closes, a magnifying light that pulls hidden emotions to the surface, clears old timelines & anchors us into the truth we’re meant to walk into 2026 with. The kind of energy that pulls truth to the surface, clears old emotional debris & shines light on the parts of us that are ready to evolve.

This has been a year of deep internal change for me.
A year of stepping out of heaviness & into clarity.
A year of softening, realigning, learning & letting go of what no longer fit the woman I’m becoming.
I moved at a slower, more intentional pace, one that allowed me to return to myself in a calmer, grounded & peaceful way.

In the energy of the Year of the Snake, combined with 2025 as a Universal Year 9 the number of completion & closure, this moment becomes a spiritual reset.

This entire year has been an internal journey for me. I’ve been slowly moving out of survival mode, out of heaviness, out of old versions of myself, out of cycles that drained me. I’ve shed attachments, released people & patterns & made peace with chapters I never thought I’d close.

I’ve been shedding old layers with grace & evolving in ways not always visible from the outside & with the Universal Year 9 approaching the end., everything around me feels like it’s guiding me toward completion, refinement & a new beginning rooted in truth & purpose.

I know my presence on social media has been quiet. But my silence has been full. I’ve spent this year working privately & intentionally on myself & honouring my loyal clients, refining my techniques, deepening my studies, exploring new healing approaches & quietly building what’s next for Sage & Flo with care, devotion & pure alignment. ~ It’s time to observe & emerge. To be human is to feel. See the bigger picture & always remember we are flowing through the different frequencies of life.
Change is inevitable in life, but it all lies with our choices. Today I will say, let go of these limiting beliefs. Opportunities exist beyond your beliefs. The universe is inviting you to grow 🌱

~ Allow this process to take place. So much healing is happening right now. Allow it. Forgive yourself for the past versions of yourself that you had to be to survive & get you to this very moment. Forgive others for any hurt they may have caused you. Don’t lose sight of what’s meant for you & keep faith. This full moon has a huge impact on all areas of life.

~ Scorpio - being intense, passionate, dark, intriguing, powerful energy to have in your birth chart. Ruled by water, which makes our emotions come to surface. The eclipse represents transformations & breakthroughs. Now is the time to let go of what no longer serves you.
