We had a wonderful Cooking Club session led by Vanshaj, where our residents were fully engaged in rolling protein ladoos, a sweet that not only tastes delightful but is packed with essential omega acids and protein. The residents were truly immersed in the activity, smiling and chatting as they rolled the ladoos, bringing a warm, homely atmosphere to the room. For many, it was a nostalgic experience, reminiscent of the times when they used to prepare these treats in their own homes. The joy and satisfaction on their faces as they shaped each ladoo were clear signs of how much they were enjoying the moment. This hands-on activity not only kept our residents engaged but also created a sense of community and togetherness, making it a truly enriching experience for everyone involved. It was a beautiful reminder of the simple pleasures of cooking and how such moments foster connection and happiness among our residents.
