What we often desire is outside of our comfort zone. We feel safe here.

In order to achieve our goals we need to take risks and step out of that comfort zone.

As the famous quote goes, “A ship in harbor is safe, but ships are not built for sitting in harbors".

Hypnotherapy can help you step outside, but on your own unique path, decided in your own unique way.

The role of the hypnotherapist is to ask the right questions so you can find the solutions that best suit you and then you start to step, just one step at a time but you start to take steps.

They are good for your brain because its the free radicals that can damage brain cells and antioxidants protect the cells.

They originated from South America, the Aztecs cultivated the first yellow tomato fruit, which was called tomati which means "the swelling fruit". The Aztecs introduced them to other parts of the world, when Spanish explorers brought tomato seeds back to Europe in the 16th century.

In over 16yes of welcoming new mums and babies to classes it’s really NORMAL to feel like this.

💯All the other mums are really welcoming they had a first day too

💯We have parking directly outside the hall dos you don’t need to worry about where to park

💯In class babies can be babies they cry feed need changing everything goes

💯Most new client have little yoga experience it really doesn’t matter. Coming and moving and connecting with your body and others is all that is important.

💯I always offer a taster session to all new clients

If you are feeling out of sorts today, try writing down 5 things that are good, some days this may feel challenging, it doesn't have to be big, think micro; your cup of tea, the greeting the cat gave you when you came home, a wave from a neighbour, having your favourite meal, the smell of your favourite perfume....

And the more you practice the better you get at it, and guess what the better you get the happier you feel.
