"I had hypnotherapy sessions with Karina regarding anxiety and claustrophobia. The sessions were very informative and I learned a lot about how the brain works which made me understand better the reasons behind my challenges.

In the beginning of each session I had to share what has been good, that helped my brain focus on the positive aspects of my life.

When people experience anxiety they start questioning their abilities. During the sessions we talked about how I wanted things to be and what steps I could take to get closer to my goals. The purpose of the relaxation sessions is to reach the subconscious mind. I always felt very optimistic and relaxed after that.

I enjoyed working with Karina as she is honest, sympathetic and encouraging. In addition her voice is soothing.
After the sessions I have been on a plane and had a pleasant flight. I am looking forward to more trips in the future. I also traveled on the underground twice a day whilst on holiday for about a week. I can get in lifts now and lock the toilet door, which wasn’t the case before.

I recommend Karina and would work with her again in the future."

Imagine if you will you having transported yourself to this beautiful beach, you feel the warm sun on your shoulders and it makes you feel really really relaxed. You hear the sound of birds singing. And there is a gentle breeze as the palm trees sway gently as you walk by. The sound of the waves help you to feel even more relaxed the most relaxed you have felt in ages.

Now for a moment put down what ever you are doing and just close your eyes. Hear those sounds and feel the warmth of the sun, imagine what it would feel like to be there today.... How are you feeling now?

What we often desire is outside of our comfort zone. We feel safe here.

In order to achieve our goals we need to take risks and step out of that comfort zone.

As the famous quote goes, “A ship in harbor is safe, but ships are not built for sitting in harbors".

Hypnotherapy can help you step outside, but on your own unique path, decided in your own unique way.
