Project 365 / Capture + Share the everyday moments 🩷🌸

What an absolute joy to spend yesterday morning in the divine company of after years of developing a virtual friendship.

We met in Paddington, got coffee at , wandered along the regent canal and through Hyde Park with the sun shining on us. We were in our own little bubble (both of us are projectors) as we shared the depths of our own little realms.

I’ve attended Kate’s workshops online, Kate contributed her wisdom in my With Woman Sisterhood, we created an e-book on acupressure & aromatherapy and we’ve exchanged numerous reflective, honest & soulful voice notes over the years. And it was so special to feel her energy in real life & real time 💎
