Have you ever stood in front of a fragrance and wondered what the difference between an Eau de Parfum and an Eau de Toilette actually is? You're not alone. It's one of the questions I'm asked most often, and it's a really good one.
The short answer: it's all about concentration, the percentage of aromatic oils in the bottle. But the longer answer is much more interesting, because that percentage changes not just how strong a fragrance is, but how it moves, how it develops on your skin, and how long it stays with you.
Swipe through for my perfumer's guide to the four main concentrations, and let me know in the comments which is your favourite to wear.
