〰️ If fast workouts leave you feeling wired or disconnected, this is a different approach 🫶🏼

Slow, supported and low-impact core work allows the body to organise from the inside, strengthening deeply while keeping the nervous system calm.

By slowing the movement and removing momentum, the deep core has to work continuously, building strength, stability, and control, whilst helping to connect body and mind.

Practices like this are easier to return to day after day.
