How will you be kind to yourself today?
🌿 We can forget to be kind to ourselves. With demands on our time, our goodwill, our optimism for the future, it is all too easy to blame or criticize ourselves if we are finding it hard to cope.
🌿 Being kind to yourself might mean taking a break, forgiving yourself or practicing self care, even just taking a breath or permitting yourself to drink that cup of tea before it gets cold (for once!).
