From February, we’re introducing face to face therapy in central London 🤍

The approach and the support stays the same; you’ll still be matched with a therapist who feels right for you. The only difference is how you meet.

For some people, being in the same room feels more supportive. For others, online therapy still works best. This is about having the choice.

Face to face sessions are £48 per session and take place in central London.
