🌼 World Mental Health Day 2025
This year’s theme is “Access to Services – Mental Health in Catastrophes and Emergencies” a reminder that when crisis strikes, emotional support and psychosocial care must not be sidelined.

🧠 You DON’T have to face your thoughts or struggles alone.
If you are in need of a safe space to acknowledge, reflect, and reach out.
Whether you’re trying to reframe intrusive thoughts, exploring therapeutic options, or looking for someone to lean on, we’re here.

🤝 Our services are built uniquely for you, wherever you are.

This October I’m inviting you to go inwards.

It’s a month for remembering what has healed, not what has hurt.
A time to hold the memory, but release the weight.
To stop seeking closure from people who were never capable of offering it.
To see your scars not as proof of pain, but as evidence of strength.

Let this be your season of soft release, of choosing peace over closure, presence over perfection, and self-trust over old stories.

✨ Breathe. Remember how far you’ve come.
Your body already knows how to heal.

3 days at Oxford University with .nootropics ✨

I’ve just come back from an incredible event focusing on trauma & I’m still buzzing.

I feel so grateful to have shared space with some of the most inspiring minds in neuroscience and psychology:
🧠 Tara Swart (Neuroscientist)
💡 Matthias Barker (Psychologist)
🌍 Dan Siegel (yes, the Dan Siegel!)
❤️ Esther Perel (I know!)

To name a few AND of course, my friends .nootropics . The magical adaptogenic coffee brand (Nootropics 😉☕️). Being with them in Oxford reminded me how important it is to bring science, wellbeing, and community together in spaces that change lives. Connecting & conversation is so important.

Soaking in the beauty of Oxford’s history while diving into conversations on the future of trauma healing felt… surreal.

Have you ever had one of those weekends that cracked you open in the best possible way? 💫

👉 Stay tuned for my biggest takeaways from the event (some of them really surprised me!).

Did you know a 10-second breath can shift your entire nervous system?

One of the most effective and scientifically-backed techniques for calming anxiety is called the physiological sigh & it’s beautifully simple.

✨ Two inhales through the nose (the second one slightly sharper),
✨ Followed by a long, slow exhale out the mouth.

This breath pattern activates the parasympathetic nervous system — the part of your body responsible for safety, softening, and calm.
It tells your body: You’re okay now.

I use this whenever I feel my stress rising or need a quick reset. I’ve used it a few times over the last two weeks if I’m being transparent.
The body knows how to regulate itself we just have to remember how to work with it.

💫 Try 3 rounds next time you feel overwhelmed and notice what shifts.
📌 Save this post so you can come back to it when you need it most.

The 1st Monday of the month is dedicated to for a group breathwork & meditation class.
I absolutely love these evenings because they are so connected. I adore my Remedi family and what we are determined to provide for anyone that requires support.

This month we are shifting the usual practice not just to a different day but also online. We are moving with what life brings. I’m so looking forward to holding space for this group.
You can join the session through the Remedi website under ‘spirituality’ then ‘classes’.
See you there!
