Yumeiho theory revolves around achieving body balance, with a key focus on distributing the body's weight evenly between both legs. However, in the majority of individuals, this balance is absent. Nearly everyone possesses legs of unequal strength, as revealed through extensive experience. It has been observed that most people have one leg longer than the other, leading to an uneven utilization of their legs. As per Yumeiho theory, this discrepancy is attributed to hipbone displacement. Yumeiho aims to rectify this imbalance by repositioning the hipbone. We diagnose this inequality by palpating the hipbone points and comparing the length of both legs.
