Have you ever find that scales ⚖️ disappoint?
Ypu work hard all week and by the time you hop on the scales , you find that you barely lost any weight 😩
Two main tools to check progress:
✔️The before and after measurements are a true indicator of weightloss when the scales disappoint .
✔️Also the fit of your clothes is another indicator of fat loss . If you notice your clothes become loser or your need to size down , this means you are losing fat 💪🏻
Remember, Tracking your progress is a great way to help push yourself forward and reassure you of your success 👏
