Rewilding the Heart: A Psychospiritual Healing Journey

Helen Çığda Gökçınar is one of the descendants of the nomad healers who lived on the Aegean coast. Since she was a young girl, she'd feel like she did not belong. This led her to the path of soul-searching. She was pretty young when she had her first calling. One summer she picked up Hajo Banzhaff's Tarot Book from a random bookstore shelf and this was the beginning of her quest. Whenever she felt lonely and misunderstood she took refuge in stars and symbols. When she turned 18, she studied English Literature. The more she learned, the more she fell in love with the wonders of the human psyche. Hence, she specialised in Psychoanalysis through her BA and MA final dissertations. However, she wasn't only satisfied with literary research. She was still feeling hollow. By following her heart's desire, she pursued a more spiritual path by studying Karmic Astrology, Archetypal Tarot, Energy Healing and Trauma-Informed Coaching. As she turned inward like The Hermit, she finally realised that she could no longer live refusing her call and it was high time to embrace her ancestral healing gift. Since 2019, she has been working as a trauma-informed counsellor who guides heroines back home to their wild selves. She offers signature psycho-spiritual sessions and courses which are enriched by Depth Psychology, Jungian Tarot, Astrology and Energy Healing.
