Reminiscing about when I had the privilege of reviewing what The Times newspaper voted as "one of the top 20 yoga retreats in the world". (Yep, it really did happen).

I had the most amazing reset and detox I have ever experienced at the amazing in Sri Lanka before travel came to a standstill.

After all this time my article on that transformational week of mind body and spirit is now available to read on

As a yogi of colour I have sometimes found myself in spaces feeling not welcome, stared at and not at ease to let go and enjoy a yoga experience. I couldn't have felt more embraced at Sen and spoiled with their delicious and nutritious Ayurvedic food. Thank you Sen Wellness Sanctuary and Review My Retreat for making this happen.
