Try these 5 simple things

1. turn your phone to airplane mode 2 hours before bed and keep it on until you’ve had 45 mins to yourself in the morning
2. make a list of 20 things that bring you joy and make you feel balanced.
3. schedule pockets of time into your calendar to do those things: book a massage, go to a class, spend an hour reading a book on a terrace, go to a gallery, attend your favourite workout class
4. make small changes in how you move through the world: take a different route to work, dress differently, switch up your morning routine
5. spend time with friends and family

Here’s something we hear often:

“I want to figure out what I really want to do and come up with a clear plan to get there”.

Working with a coach on this can look like: understanding your values and what drives you, becoming confident in your strengths and how you want to use them, looking at the bigger picture of what you want in your life. This results in clarity and confidence in what your goals are. Once you know where you’re going: time to develop an action plan that’s feasible and most importantly built for you - how you work, what gives you energy, what you’re good at etc...

You’ll find that when you’re genuinely clear on what you want + have an action plan that feels exciting and realistic, the DOING becomes easy.

83% of our clients want to understand and leverage their strengths:

“How can I bring my unique skills and abilities to the table and make the most of what I’ve got”.

You might be an excellent mediator, or have a knack for zooming out of the details and seeing the big picture, or the ability to deeply connect with people.

It’s very likely that these are skills you’ve had all your life and so you might not even be aware that they are a strength because it’s “just the way you are”.

Our brain tends to focus on the negatives (“I’m not good enough with numbers”, “I’m not as eloquent as I’d like to be”) so we have a tendency to focus our weaknesses. In coaching, although weaknesses do play a part in the conversation, we also work on making our strengths even stronger.

As we hone in on our strengths, we learn to leverage them in all sorts of situations to benefit ourselves and others. We can become more self-aware, confident, happier and often more successful when we lean into our strengths.
