Highly recommend as a safe and healthy alternative to tampons and towels. They are super comfortable, I’ve had a couple of pairs for a while and have bought two extra pairs for sleeping and two thongs as daywear to completely ditch tampons and towels. They come in different flows, sizes and have a teen range I think. They have washed well which is why I have bought more 🩸💁🏼‍♀️🌸
