What is the ARISE-HF Study?
The ARISE-HF clinical research study is exploring a study drug that may prevent heart damage caused by Type 2 Diabetes.

We are currently recruiting for adults aged over 40 years with a clinical history of Type 2 Diabetes. This is a Phase 2/3 randomised, placebo-controlled study in adult patients with Diabetic Cardiomyopathy. The study is designed to assess the efficacy of AT-001 compared with placebo in these patients, as well as assess the safety and tolerability of chronic administration of AT-001.
Attend study clinic visits monthly for the first 3 months and then every 3 months afterwards. At each visit, you will complete health assessments (similar to screening assessments) and receive a supply of the study drug or placebo to take at home.
