After working for much of her life in the private sector Sarah found solace and relaxation through Sound Baths which helped her reset her energies after stressful weeks.

In 2018 she had a complete life change -firstly by leaving her job. She then travelled through Asia for 8 months on a mission to learn firsthand about ancient healing techniques and traditional musical styles.

During her time out she realised that she wanted to combine her skills of singing, coaching, nutritional therapy and teaching with sound healing and so travelled to Spain to a leading Sound Practice school to learn the techniques and tools required to start on this exciting journey.

After graduation, Sarah returned to the UK to create Renew With Sound a combined therapy business offering 121 sound therapy, group sound baths, festivals and developing sound therapy workshops.
