I'm a perinatal psychologist, pregnancy yoga teacher, and researcher, specialising in working with people during pregnancy. I’ve been helping women navigate depression and anxiety during pregnancy for many years. But it wasn’t until I went through my own pregnancy that I realised just how many mums-to-be are quietly struggling — not necessarily needing therapy, but feeling constantly stressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Now, my mission is to help women move from stress and self-doubt to calm, confidence and connection — so you can actually enjoy your pregnancy and feel grounded as you prepare for birth and motherhood. 🌿
