I am delighted to share that I’ll be co-leading this freely offered (donation based) half-day retreat for charity.

I’m thrilled to be co-teaching this with my friend and colleague Sarah Pace. We are enjoying immersing ourselves in the programme and practices for the retreat, which we hope will be an enriching experience.

A reminder with a fancy image this time!

I'm delighted to be guiding The Mindfulness Network 'Mindfulness Group for Men' session this Saturday (16th December), from 11am to midday. This is a free (donation based) monthly online session open to men who are completely new to mindfulness and to those with experience. Men are one of the underrepresented groups in mindfulness, so we are creating a space where men can feel welcomed to practice mindfulness together.
