In this weeks episode Mathilda interviews her beautiful sister Philippa (Phoenix Goddess Rising) who is an Embodiment, Activation Coach and Sacred Space Holder. Philippa discusses how she weaves  together different modalities & working with the Goddess Archetypes, Somatic’s & Non-Dual Ta**ra to guide her clients on a journey of initiation, activation and homecoming. They discuss the sisterhood wound and how we can overcome and heal the conditioning we've had from the patriarchal conditioning, as well as how social media and filters are influencing how we step out into the world. Philippa talks about her own battles earlier on in her life and how they propelled her into deep healing and stepping into her divine power. They also discuss how women can be embodying  their sensuality, rewriting the narrative around their bodies and shame we've been conditioned to feel.

In this weeks episode Mathilda Interviews the incredibly inspiring Bambi who is a multi-disciplinary spiritual practitioner whose healing modalities include Reiki, Sound Healing and leading women’s retreats. She discusses how she utilises music and singing in ceremony  as well as supporting her on her own healing journey and the profound impact it has had. They talk about how sound and reiki have deeply influenced them both on their spiritual path and Bambi shares her own awakening story and how it literally transformed her identity. In this weeks episode Mathilda interviews her best friend, soul sister & spiritual mother Luzura (Melissa Luz) Peralta who is the founder and guide of Sacbe Cacao and Third Eye: A Sacred Space for Conscious Living. Based in Scotland, they have been facilitating spaces of embodied awakening since 2018; through cacao ceremony, somatic movement, breathwork, meditation, yoga and sound therapy. Luzura talks about all the transitions and initiations they've been navigating through since having their diagnosis of Functional Neurological Disorder. They talk about how life changing Somatic Movement has been in supporting them, having gone from being a professional contemporary dancer to now having the tools to connect deeper with their body to help them navigate through their diagnosis. Luzura touches on their own spiritual awakening and beautifully sums up what it means to be on this journey. He supports people in fully expressing themselves, realising freedom, and connecting with their authentic selves.  They discuss what inner child healing looks like and how we can be reparenting our younger selves, using different tools & modalities to sooth the nervous system. Kieran also touches on how to overcome triggers & people pleasing tendencies so that when situations arise, we can stand in our power. Kieran believes we are all our own healers and that what is needed is a safe, compassionate, loving, non-judgemental space for this healing to take place.

In this weeks episode Mathilda interviews her brother who is an Accredited Linden Method Coach, helping clients fully recover from their anxiety disorders. Joss talks about his own journey having suffered severely and fully recovered via the Linden Method from OCD, Pure O, Agoraphobia, Derealisation and Depersonalisation and how the Linden Method has changed his life, leading him on the path of coaching others to recovery. They discuss what an anxiety disorder manifests as and how is usually mistaken as being tied in with depression. They also touch on how we can be supporting our loved ones with their anxiety, especially the men in our lives, so we can hold space for open communication & support.

In this weeks episode Mathilda speaks to Isabella Panousis who is a conscious creation coach & visualisation specialist. I offer 60 minute Sound Healing & Reiki Treatments (I highly recommend a combo of both as its potent energy work and they compliment each other perfectly) at the most zen & beautiful space in Hampton Hill. I am a trained professional singer as well as a sound healer & reiki practitioner. I work with Tibetan Sound bowls, chakra Crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, tuning forks and I sing and channel light language to help my clients reach a state of calm, deep healing and realignment of their energy centres. I start with a brief consolation where we discuss any areas of concern, places you might feel stuck or emotional. I will then go into connecting to your energy field so I can channel exactly what your body needs for the sound healing, followed by reiki and then I close out with chakra tuning forks to realign these centres.
