At Better Physio Group, we’re on a mission to build London’s best Physio team — and we’re just getting started.

Our promise to clients is simple:

We don’t stop when someone ‘Feels Better’. By truly understanding the root cause of someone’s problem, and by coaching them towards lifestyle change, you can help them ‘Live Better’.

That means doing things differently: 
✅ 60-minute sessions 
✅ No insurance companies dictating care (no Bupa, Axa, Vitality or Aviva) 
✅ High clinical standards + real support from a like-minded team

We’re known for taking on the complex stuff, solving problems other practitioners can’t fix — and that takes skill, confidence, and compassion.

🔍 We’re looking for: 
- 8+ years’ experience in private MSK practice (ideally in London) 
- Confident, curious, and committed to quality care 
- A team player with a growth mindset 
- Keen to lead, learn, and make a real difference

📍 The Role 
Location: Soho, Central London 
Type: Rolling Contractor (minimum 2 days/week) 
Earnings: Commission-based (full-time OTE > £100k) 
Autonomy + admin support + creative opportunities
Starts: April/May

Seems fitting to introduce an Australian physio on the eve of the Ashes. Urja brings all that classic Aussie flare, and a loving heart that will fit right in here at Better.

Skilled in manual therapy, Pilates and known for solving tricky chronic pain cases, we’ve found another great physio!

From Surviving to Thriving 💥

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on Sunday for our Health & Longevity Workshop hosted by .paincoach and — it was incredible to see so many of you investing your time and energy into your health and wellbeing (especially on such a sunny day!).

This workshop was all about moving beyond survival mode and stepping into a life where you can truly thrive. We explored the 5 Pillars of Health — Movement, Sleep, Nutrition, Stress & Relationships — and focused not just on knowledge, but on how to apply it to your life in a meaningful way. 

A big shoutout to for keeping us going during the day. 

We’ve already taken your feedback on board to evolve future workshops — with even more space for discussion, reflection, and practical learning. 

Thank you again for making it such a special day. Keep taking those small steps — they’ll add up. And as always, we’re here when you need us.

Since the beginning, we wanted a way to welcome new members to the team that not only had a personal touch, but also showed our commitment to giving back to the health of our planet. The encapsulated that perfectly 💦

10,000 plastic bottles are removed from the ocean every time we bring in a new team member. We have two new team members joining this month (exciting times for us, big announcements coming soon), and that makes our oceans 120,000 plastic bottles cleaner ♻️😍

We started off with the big black one, two years later it’s still going strong and doing its thing, and now we’re enjoying the new shale colours with the options to use as either a water bottle or a Thermos cup ❤️

And what a happy coincidence that our logo’s could be sisters… ♾️
