Certainly a common complaint, very difficult to treat as often the main aggravating activity is walking (especially first thing in the morning), my best advice is, correct over pronation, increase calf length and ice massage (freeze a coke bottle and roll on it), if it doesn't settle within 6 weeks, a steroid injection isn't a bad idea
