When we are stressed, we are incoherent. Stress, anxiety, overwhelm etc. are all signs that we are out of balance, and are not operating from our highest and most competent self.

​When we slow the mind down (through deep breathing, changes to focus and physiology etc.), we can think, respond and choose more rationally from a place of calm.

​Allow your heart's voice to shine, and thus see the good in others and yourself. Choose compassion, kindness, love and care rather than limiting egoic survival-based emotions.

We move toward what we think, feel, conceive, believe and perceive.

​When we focus on the negative experiences of our past, we pay attention to what went wrong, and we relive the experience. We remind ourselves who we are, and what we are used to doing and attracting. This is a recipe for more stress, excuse-making and familiar results.

​Instead, if we focus on what we are grateful for, wand what we love and want in our lives, we channel our energy into creativity as opposed to survival.

Our unconscious cannot tell the difference between what actually happens in 'reality' and what we vividly imagine.

​Our brains are a record of our past, and all that we have experienced. However, it can be difficult to make significant improvements in life if all we do in mindlessly repeat the same old.

​What we repeat, we reinforce and recreate.

​Instead, visualise what you want, believe that it will happen, expect that it will happen and take natural action towards it.

Our brain is a record of the PAST.

​It makes sense that we develop both conscious and unconscious processes based n thew things we have learned and experienced. However, this alone can cause us to simply repeat the same choices, reactions and emotions on a daily basis, which may or may not support us.

​If we want to change our relationships, health, wealth, spirituality and so on, we must change the attitudes, beliefs and perceptions within us, and thus the choices we make.

​NEW results require a NEW you.
