⭐️ANNOUNCEMENT⭐️

I’m so excited to announce that my “36 Week Prenatal Programme” is coming soon! 🤰🏻🥳🙌🏽

I have my private clients on this programme for awhile to gather feedbacks. I’m in the process of fine tuning it at the moment. I’m returning to work part time from this week. I don’t want to put any timeline on this but I still want to let you know, it’s coming soon!!! ❤️

I’ve been working on this programme as soon as I found out I was pregnant. It has been more than 10 months I have put in hours and hours of studying, researching, training, filming and programming for this project 🥹

This programme is designed for all mamas-to-be, who want to stay active or want to continue to train during pregnancy but have no idea where to start! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Trust me, even I was already a certified Pre&Postnatal Trainer way before my pregnancy, I was still nervous at the beginning when I first found out I was pregnant. It took me awhile to adapt my training to my pregnancy so please believe me when I say “I know how you feel!” 🤗

Here are some features of my programme 👇🏻

✅It is a 36 week programme starting from Week 5 to Week 40 of your pregnancy
✅ 3-4 workouts per week including strength training, cardio options, mobility, stretching routines, birth preparation…
✅The programme can be done completely either at HOME or at a commercial GYM (or both if you want both versions) 🙌🏽
✅Educational video series & e-book to help you understand about changes that your body is going through in each trimesters
… and many more!!

Now that I’m 2 weeks postpartum, I can confidently say that training during pregnancy was one of the BEST things for me. My recovery has been speedy and successful, despite having a traumatic birth and had to go with elective C-section and dealt with emergencies after.

My body is strong and resilient! And I want to help all mamas out there to feel the same. You can’t control everything but you can a proactive approach to pregnancy & postpartum.

If you are interested in this programme, please send me a DM with the word “PRENATAL” and your email address 📧
I will contact you as soon as the programme is LIVE! 🙌🏽

🤰🏻

I’m sooooo ready to pop this baby out however we still have few weeks to go 😅

Third trimester exhaustion is REAL. I’ve been sleeping so much these days and still don’t feel like I’ve slept. Apart from working, I’m not getting much done around the house so totally have to depend on my partner to do for me. If you’re feeling like me, don’t feel bad, I’ve been reminding myself that this is normal, I’m growing a human after all 😁

Hopefully these last few weeks will go fast! Baby boy is so active these days, his kicks are not subtle anymore it turns into the whole jungle gym in my belly 🤣

Bump size 🤰🏻

One thing I learned yesterday: The size of your bump doesn’t reflect the size of your little one 👶🏻

I have to be honest, the past couple of weeks for me I constantly doubt myself and the size of my bump as well as my weight.

My weight hasn’t changed much in the last few weeks, and my bump doesn’t look as big as I would expect it to be at this stage. To be honest, it’s my first pregnancy so I don’t know what to expect.

But when I received comment like: “Your bump doesn’t look big” or “You still look tiny”, it can get into my head 🧠

We decided to do a growth scan to see how our baby is doing yesterday.

Turned out he is doing absolutely fine, his weight is actually on the “chubby side” of the chart, meaning that he has been absorbing nutrients very well 🤭

I don’t have gestational diabetes so that’s good to know that everything is normal. Perhaps because I’m very active and still working out regularly, it explains why I don’t gain much weight.

But also, I still have 10 more weeks so I could gain more in the next few weeks, nothing to be stressed about. I just know now I don’t have to eat a lot more cos trust me, when baby is this size, eating more is quite difficult because we don’t have much space in there anymore, so I’m getting fuller quicker

Now I feel more relaxed and trust that my body and my baby knows what to do. He also turned head down and his face is facing my back so hopefully he will stay like this until labour! That would be ideal! Finger crossed 🤞🏼

It’s reminder for me that our body changes at each different stage of pregnancy but it’s not the same for everyone, you can’t compare yourself with other women either. Every pregnancy is unique. Every pregnancy is different 💙
