Sometimes the hardest part of living abroad isn’t the struggle, it’s the silence behind it.

I spend my days helping people fix their health, guiding them, supporting them, showing them a better way to live. But in between all that😢 there’s a thought that stays.

The people I wanted to do everything for the ones who shaped me 🥹 are growing old👴👵 without me being there enough.

This is the reality no one talks about.
Success looks good from the outside, but it often comes with distance, guilt, and quiet sacrifices.

And still we keep going.

Because we want to make them proud.

Because one day, we want to give them a life they never had.

If you’re away from your family chasing something meaningful🙌
I see you. 🤍

Your body was not designed to stay in fight-or-flight all the time. When stress becomes constant, the nervous system stays in survival mode.

Over time this can affect your👇🏻
• energy levels
• digestion
• cravings
• sleep
• hormones

Many people try to fix this with more coffee, sugar, or supplements, but the real solution is helping the body feel safe again.

Here are simple ways to help your body come out of this state😇

✅ Eat regularly
Skipping meals or long gaps can increase stress hormones. Try to eat balanced meals with protein, fibre, and healthy fats.

✅ Reduce caffeine overload
Too much caffeine can keep your nervous system in a stressed state.

✅ Support your digestion
Slow meals, chew properly, and include fibre-rich foods like vegetables, legumes, seeds, and whole grains.

✅ Prioritise sleep rhythm
Your nervous system resets when sleep is consistent.

✅ Create small calm moments during the day
Walking, sunlight, breathing, or even a few quiet minutes can help signal safety to your body.

Your body doesn’t need more pressure. It needs regulation and recovery. And as a nutritionist, I see this often people blaming themselves for fatigue when their body is simply overwhelmed. Sometimes healing starts with slowing down.

Save this if your body needs a reset.

In a world where love often comes with conditions and expectations, there is still a heart that loves you just because you exist.

No judgement. No ego. Just happiness to see you again🐾🥺❤️

Real conversations
Real struggles
Real excuses

But small changes can make a big difference

She brings life at the cost of her own reserves 💟

Her body goes through hormonal storms🌪️
Blood loss🩸
Nutrient depletion 🧬
Sleepless recovery 🌙

Instead of questioning her worth,
support her 🤝

Support her healing 🌿
Support her nutrition 🥗
Support her rest 🛌

Because postpartum recovery isn’t a luxury.
It’s essential ✨

🤍 Tag someone who deserves more support, not more pressure.

If you’re constantly tired, don’t jump straight to 😕
“I’m just stressed.”

Before assuming burnout, review
✔ B12
✔ Iron absorption
✔ Vitamin D (UK climate matters)
✔ Protein timing

Fatigue is often multifactorial and this is not medical advice but it’s a starting point for a better conversation with your GP.
