work round the clock from when you get up in the morning to when you
go to bed, and throughout the night, should you require the support

Our support begins with a free Needs and Risk Assessment to determine the level
of care you require. We follow this with a written Care Plan prepared with your full
involvement. We then assign suitably qualified and competent carers whose skills
and training much the support you require. We continuously check the service
delivered to you in a variety of ways to ensure any discrepancies are dealt with
immediately
