Each month is a continuation from the last where myself & guest specialist teach, fundamental elements on how to protect your energy,your space and tap into your intuition,build confidence and trust in your awareness & gifts.

It’s the day 4 years ago I set up my Sound meditation community group.

Which has grown into a wonderful community of souls coming together monthly,for half day retreats with Sound journeys, yin yoga,journaling,kindness exercises & conscious Co-creations.
