We are honoured to welcome Dr Brishna Shah, a highly experienced Consultant Psychiatrist, to Augmentive.

With over 25 years of clinical experience, Dr Shah is a dedicated member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and currently practices within the NHS at West London Mental Health Trust.

Her expertise spans a wide range of mental health conditions, with a particular focus on the assessment and treatment of ADHD in both adults and young people. She also brings specialist knowledge in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and women’s mental health.

Dr Shah’s approach is collaborative and holistic, she ensures her patients are informed about evidence-based options and supported to find the path that works best for them. With international experience and fluency in Farsi, Pashto and Persian, she provides culturally sensitive care tailored to each individual.

She supports her patients with:
• Comprehensive ADHD assessment & diagnosis
• Evidence-based treatment and support for anxiety, depression & bipolar disorder
• Specialist care in women’s mental health

With over two decades of clinical experience across the NHS and private sector, Dr Shahzad has dedicated her career to supporting neurodivergent adults. She specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and management of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Her approach is rooted in compassion and understanding. She views diagnostic assessments not as labels, but as keys to understanding how someone thinks, learns and thrives.
