3 trends I’ve noticed helping people lose weight
✅ Increase in activity
The common practice preached is 10k steps. Great, if it works for you. One common factor I’ve noticed that when someone starts working with me compared to when they’re nearing the end of working with me is that their daily activity has increased. This can be in the form of exercise, walking, hobbies.
✅ Awareness around food intake.
Now this maybe an obvious one but what gets measured gets managed and if you don’t know whats coming in it’s a hell of a lot harder to regulate a caloric deficit.
✅ New clothes
This one will probably surprise you as I found it quite surprising when I noticed it a few times. People feel good in themselves after losing the weight they wanted and now their ready to show off how good they’re feeling in their bodies, it makes sense that they want to upgrade the wardrobe to match 👕
And my favourite thing to see is someone happy in their own skin and their new clothes
