A fantastic opportunity to raise awareness and do what you can to ensure mental health is treated on par with physical health. I'm proud to run first aid for mental health courses to help people understand and feel able to talk about mental health issues without fear of stigma.
Here's a photo from a 2 day Supervising First Aid for Mental Health course for 15, I had the pleasure of running in August in Soho. Here's the feedback from the manager "Thank you for being so wonderful with the team - I know some found it tough, but they all felt well supported"
