1. Are they trustworthy?
You’re letting someone into your home; safety is non-negotiable.

2. Do they communicate well?
A good cleaner listens, checks in, and respects your routine.

3. Are they respectful of your home?
Professional cleaners treat your belongings with care, no rush or cutting corners.

Please feel free to book a chat with us to see if we're a good fit.

Free support for Londoners in need

London Community Help is a free pilot programme offering real, practical support to the elderly and vulnerable across the city. From help with cleaning and running errands to companionship and conversation, we’re connecting kind hearted volunteers with those who need a hand.

And it’s already making a difference:

* Fatou, 70 – overwhelmed by paperwork after surgery, got help filling out forms and using the computer
* Nina, 65 – had no one nearby; a local helper now runs errands with her
* Rose, 55 – a full-time carer, finally got help tidying and time to rest

This pilot is free for those most in need, but only for a limited time.

With your help, we can keep going.

Even £5 helps us continue supporting Londoners who need it most.

Loneliness is a harsh reality for many older people, especially those over 75. In the UK, over 2 million elderly individuals live alone, with many going a month without speaking to anyone. Whether due to retirement, loss of loved ones, or mobility issues, social isolation can seriously impact mental and physical health. But with the right support, connection is always possible.
