Become loyal to your practice. Not rigid. Not perfect. Just steady. Great yoga teachers like Pattabhi Jois, T.K.V. Desikachar, and B.K.S. Iyengar all taught in different ways, but they shared one truth: transformation comes from showing up again and again. Repeating familiar postures, breath patterns, and sequences allows the body to soften over time and the mind to settle. Consistency creates trust — not just in the practice, but in yourself.
From an anatomical and nervous-system perspective, doing the same movements regularly helps your brain feel safe. Familiar patterns reduce threat, improve coordination, and allow deeper muscular and fascial release. Over time, your nervous system stops bracing and starts letting go. In a busy, fast-paced life, this sense of safety is essential. Loyalty to your practice isn’t about doing more — it’s about returning, patiently, to what supports you most.

🐾 Saturday Online Beginners Yoga 🐾
Slow, gentle, and curious — just like a good cat stretch. Our Saturday online class is designed especially for beginners, or anyone wanting to reconnect with their body in a simple, supportive way. We move slowly, explore familiar shapes, and take time to notice how the body actually feels rather than how it looks.
Just like a cat waking up, you are invited to stretch, release stiffness, and move with ease — tuning into your spine, breath, and natural rhythm. No rush, no pressure, no experience needed.
🧘‍♀️ Saturdays | 9:30–10:15 | Online
Perfect for building confidence, awareness, and a steady yoga habit from home.
Roll out your mat, move at your own pace, and let your body guide the practice.

Meet Flora – a yoga teacher who brings a steady, calming energy to every class, helping students reconnect with their bodies, breath, and sense of presence.
Flora first discovered yoga during her university days, turning to online videos as a quick way to fit movement into her routine. But it was the sense of calm she felt afterwards that kept her - and once she booked her first in-person class, she never looked back.
Her classes begin with grounding stillness, gradually building into a dynamic flow designed to awaken energy in the body. Every session closes with long, deep stretches and spacious time for guided relaxation and meditation. Flora thoughtfully includes shoulder-opening poses and gentle twists to support students in releasing the tension of modern life, especially the kind that comes from long hours at desks or screens.
Deeply inspired by the yogic principle of Santosha (contentment), Flora encourages her students to find peace with where they are, whether in a moment of ease or challenge. She believes that stillness, even in discomfort, is a powerful way to build resilience and reconnect with the joy of simply existing. This philosophy shapes not only her teaching but also the way she lives her life.
Outside the studio, Flora finds balance through long walks and reading her Kindle — ideally with her phone switched off and a little time to just be.

It’s Week 2 of our 4-week Yin Yoga journey — when it is cold and dark outside, the body needs a practice to ease back tension and carry you through the colder weeks.

This week — Spine Health & Core Support
This week we turn our attention to the centre of the body.
A Yin practice for the spine, posture, and inner support.

This course is perfect if you’re looking to ease tension, improve mobility, and create space in both body and mind.
You’re welcome to join us for the full journey, or drop in any week if that feels right for you.

Our 4-week Neuro-Inspired Yoga & Movement Course invites you to explore working with your nervous system. It combines familiar yogic practices — like breath awareness, drishti, and mindful movement — with exercises that support our understanding of how the nervous system supports balance, coordination, and ease.

This course is ideal if you want to move beyond just stretching or strengthening and start to understand how breath, vision, and movement work together.
Whether you’re returning to practice after a pause or looking to deepen your existing yoga practice, this series offers practical tools you can use both on and off the mat.

Week 1 — Brain Mapping: Clarity Through Sensation
We begin by exploring how the brain creates and updates its maps of the body.
Through simple yoga-based movement, breath awareness, and gentle sensory input, we’ll improve clarity of perception and movement. Clearer maps often support better coordination, reduced unnecessary tension, and a greater sense of ease.

Week 2 — Vision, Drishti & Balance
This week explores the relationship between the eyes, breath, and balance.
Using traditional yogic focus practices alongside modern coordination exercises, we’ll work with standing and seated postures to support steadiness, spatial awareness, and confidence in movement.

Week 3 — Joint Intelligence, Nerve Mobility & Flow
Attention shifts to how joints and nerves move through the body.
Through slow transitions, joint-focused movements, nerve glides, and breath-led pacing, we’ll support range of motion, reduce stiffness, and encourage smoother, more efficient movement patterns.

Week 4 — Integration: Breath, Regulation & Inner Balance
A whole-body practice bringing everything together.
We’ll integrate movement with intentional breathing and nervous-system regulation tools to support day-to-day life with clarity and resilience — skills that translate beyond the mat and into daily life.

You can drop in online or book the online course here. Tuesdays • 9.30 - 10.15 • 4 weeks • Available as drop in classes or 4-Class package

You don’t need confidence to start something new — you need to show up.

We often convince ourselves that we must meet certain conditions before we begin, or begin again. That we need to feel ready, capable, or certain first. But more often, it works the other way around.
When we show up anyway, we slowly build trust in ourselves. Trust that we can take a step even when we don’t feel fully prepared.
Yoga isn’t about being ready, flexible, or fearless.
It’s about meeting yourself as you are, and allowing the practice to do its quiet, steady work.

In Beginner Sloth classes, we move slowly, use support, and take the pressure off “doing it right”.
No performances. No expectations. Just space to learn, feel, and build trust with your body — one breath at a time.

It’s Week 1 of our 4-week Yin Yoga journey — even if you still feel like hibernating, Yin Yoga is worth leaving the house for.

This week — Ground Down to Rise Up
A lower-body focused practice working with ankles, knees, and hips. We’ll gently target fascia around the joints, hip capsules, and quadriceps to improve mobility and release deep-held tension, helping you feel more grounded and steady.

This course is perfect if you’re looking to ease tension, improve mobility, and create space in both body and mind. You’re welcome to join us for the full journey, or drop in any week if that feels right for you.

In yoga, we never actually arrive at the goal we may set for ourselves — we evolve our mindset.
A pose that once felt unreachable may suddenly become accessible, yet by the time we get there, our relationship to it has shifted. The achievement becomes less important what happened in the process.

This Wednesday, we explore practice as an ongoing path of curiosity.
Let your practice be reminder that growth is not linear, and progress doesn’t always look like we expect it to.

This class invites you to meet yourself exactly as you are, and listen for what your body is ready to reveal today.
Expect a strong, steady flow that builds focus, strength, and the confidence to stay open to growth — on the mat and far beyond it.
