A Very Good Afternoon to One and All, for All is One and wishing well to All is to wish well to the One and You and I are It!
I am so excited to relaunch this page of mine after it disppeared from FB when I had a couple of days off last year, I'm sure there must have been a reason, because there always is, although we don't always know what that is...perhaps it was so that I could write this somewhat cryptic welcome message to anyone who chooses to join this page...
I have been through a rather rough patch of my own the last few years and have come through it feeling better and more balanced than ever, and more informed about Women's Health and Relationships and Mental Health and Wellbeing in general, the Mind, Body and Spirit truly are connected and all must be harmonised for optimal appreciation of life.
And appreciation is one of the keys to a happy life, appreciation of what IS, even if it isn't quite what you want right now, the ability to feel and pass through emotions along the journey of life and keep going towards your heartfelt dreams, not at a drastic pace but at the pace your own system suggests.
Sometimes it is hard to notice one's own body's signs, we go into overdrive when we think we Must do things in order to gain outside approval, however in my humble opinion and experience it is far better to work on gaining the approval of your own dear self first and foremost. Stress is not a nice place to be in on a regular basis, it effects your whole body as well as your mind, and your spirit is effected too, because to live an optimum life it’s important to be in alignment with your higher self and good stuff will come without so much effort, trust me, I've seen it over and over again in my own life and with my wonderful clients.
In fact it turns out that often the less you do the happier you will be. The trick is to learn how to control your mind, the monkey brain which jabbers at you about this and that all day and bewilders you into thinking you are not good enough or your own master, but you are!
Relaxation is key to being able to hear the still, small voice which comes from your heart and your higher self…If you book a session with me, I will quickly teach you how to tune in and change your life for the better!
