FREE. FUN. INTERACTIVE. Healthy families Programme IN EALING 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.
Our group sessions are available to children aged 5-13 who are above a healthy weight. Sessions will include topics around healthy eating, nutrition and behaviour, and children will have the opportunity to be active and play lots of games

- Discover new things you never knew about food! SMALL changes BIG DIFFERENCE. 🥝
