Meet our co-founder, Renata.
Renata is an endurance athlete at heart, with a deep passion for Ironman racing. Discipline, resilience, and consistency define her approach — both in sport and in the studio.
When she’s not teaching Pilates, she’s training. Long rides on her TT bike, 4K swims, and runs along the canal or the River Thames are her reset button. Movement isn’t just fitness for her — it’s clarity, focus, and flow.
She brings that same endurance mindset into her teaching: structured, intelligent, and committed to long-term results.
(Warning: Ironman training is highly addictive — and unapologetically time-consuming.)
At home, Renata embraces a balanced lifestyle — cooking wholesome meals (often with her beloved Thermomix), reading novels, and diving into research-based nonfiction to continually expand her knowledge.
For Renata, strength is built patiently — in sport, in movement, and in life.
