HOME MADE FACE MASK to fight the cold weather !!

Fed up of feeling your skin tight, dry, irritated, itchy or red because of the winter cold and windy weather ? Try this :

- 1/2 cucumber : water (softens, hydrates) + vitamin E (antioxydant)
- 1/2 full fat probiotic yogurt : lactic acid (soothes irritation and clarifies pores), probiotic (helps with acne or eczema), antibacterial
- 3 drops of rose essential oil : rose otto) astringent, helps with redeness and broken capilaries, boosts circulation and hydrates
- E45 cream (I use CETRABEN emollient cream instead as it helps with my eczema)

Peel the cucumber and mix it with the yogurt and a nut of cream. Add the essential oil to the preparation.
Cleanse your skin with your facial cleanser.
Appy the mask on the face (dont forget the neck and decollete) avoiding the lip and eyes areas.
Apply a lip balm to keep the lips hydrated.
You can apply two slices of cucumber on the eyes to decrease dark circles and boost the circulation.
Remove the mask after 10 minutes with warm water and a face cloth and tone your skin before putting your daily moisturiser.

Enjoy the treat, it is cheap and natural!
and you can make a raita with the rest of the cucumber and the yogurt if you are hungry ;))

HOME MADE HAIR MASK recipe for DRY HAIR and BROKEN ENDS!!

2 spoons of honey (try organic) : soothing and hydrating
1 egg yolk : flexibility
1 avocado : nourishing, shining
2 spoons of olive oil : hydrating and add shine and reflect the light

Mix all of those ingredients, apply on damp hair (warm water to open the scales), keep hair up during 1/2h to 1h in cling film to create heat and protect the mask, wash your hair twice with normal shampoo and then apply conditionner and rince thoroughly, dry and brush as usual.

It is magic and your hair will be soft and shinnier than never !!
You can do it once or twice a week, depending on your hair condition. Don't be affraid, it is just food that you would normaly eat, so why not apply it on your hair ??
