Hussain isn’t just anyone – and this isn’t just any job. 💙

After several years working as a manager at a well-known pizza restaurant, a friend encouraged Hussain to take the leap into care – where he discovered a career with real meaning and purpose.

Hussain went on to work his way up from Support Worker to Relief Manager in Lifeways’ Mental Health division and was even named a finalist in the Home Care Frontline Leaders category at the Great British Care Awards 2024. 🏆

What a fantastic result from our team at Rose Meadow! 🎉

Following a recent inspection from the CQC, our Nottinghamshire residential care service has been awarded a ‘Good’ rating across all five areas assessed.

Inspectors found that the people supported at the service know staff and leaders well, feel confident engaging with them, and are positive about the quality of their care. 🤝

Matthew, who has been living at our Copeland supported living service for just over 10 years, has transformed his life with the support of staff - going from smoking up to 100 ci******es a day to none at all. 💪

To show his appreciation for their support, he penned The Lifeways Song to help celebrate our 35th anniversary. The track, along with several of his electrifying mixes, has now been uploaded to Bandcamp. 🎶
