There are lots of different views about having breakfast or not, fasting or not, doing a certain diet or not.

When I coach my clients about nutrition, I focus on one thing - WHAT WORKS FOR THEM.

There is no “one best way” - don’t blindly follow what works for other people.

Listen to your body, notice how it feels when you do or don’t eat, notice how focused you are when you make one breakfast choice over another.

Everyone is different so experiment with YOUR individual requirements.

Eat right for YOU and set yourself up for a productive, focused and energetic day.

Daily wisdom..🧘🏽‍♀️

Our personal filters have a huge impact on the way we see the world - it’s crucial to understand that situations do not cause us stress. Our reactions do. No one and nothing can make you feel a certain way - it all comes down to how you handle a situation. High performers recognise they they are in control of their reactions.

Our local newsagent is joining in on the mission to inspire and change mindsets. When walking to the train station, seeing a positive reminder each day is perfect to set the tone for the rest of the day.
