😎 With so much heat this month everything's felt so much more extreme and delirious.

🚛 To counter the intensity of the ups and downs, I've really enjoyed just trucking along, not coasting, but taking things at a slower pace.

AND so can you at a Sauna Sound Bath this month. Trust me, the contrast makes the heat outside actually bearable 😅

💐 I've been really lucky this month. Sauna sound bath sessions and volunteering at a meditation retreat have kept me on the straight and narrow amongst a super hectic May.

🌊 And I’ve really noticed the benefits of practicing focus and discipline, while also going with the flow.

🌞 Happy May! With all this sun, I'm loving cold plunges in between rounds of sauna sound bath 🥵

😌 This month there are plenty of opportunities to find some zen in the heat of the sauna both early and late May📍Stratford, Bermondsey & Hackney Wick

🧘🏾‍♂️Mid May l'll be away on a meditation retreat, so expect me to return for the later month sessions extra tuned-in and peaceful.
