Feeling exhausted but can’t sleep during chemotherapy? You’re not alone.

Sleep disruption is common, and it’s not your fault. Steroids, anxiety, and changes to your routine can all play a part.

Remember, rest still counts. Even if you’re not asleep, your body is still recovering. Be gentle with yourself and focus on small, calming routines.
