It’s Part Two! 🍑 Thrust Set Up Tips:

1. Improve Grip: Barefoot shoes / grippy socks / grippy floor or plate

2. Shuffle forward into the exact position you’ll be moving upwards from, most people shunt forwards then up on the first rep. Avoid this!
